SpaceX launches crew to the ISS

 
 

SpaceX launched four astronauts to the International Space Station, with an expected docking time of 5:10 am EDT on Saturday, April 24th 2021. This marks the first human cargo flight for both the Falcon 9 and Dragon Capsule, reaching a major milestone in reusable rocket boosters for human space travel. With a mission completion date October 31st 2021, the crew are expected to be in space for a 6 month duration. Standing for Space Exploration, SpaceX has a primary goal of making life multi-planetary. This mission comes only a week after the company won a $2.89 Billion USD lunar landing contract with NASA to bring humans back to the moon.
